Sahabat Ikhtiar Property Sdn Bhd (SIPSB) is owned by Koperasi Sahabat Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (Koop Sahabat) Berhad and provides services in the real estate sector. Among the activities carried out are project development services, project management, infrastructure works, building construction including civil engineering works and related renovations.

SIPSB is optimistic in implementing each strategic plan for each potential project by combining the skills of its staff and strategic partners. The combination of technical expertise and high and innovative management skills is a significant SIPSB asset based on the experience of a team with qualifications in their respective fields.
